Omari “adarkfable” Lewis. When you ask for help, you reach the
developer directly — no ticket queue, no outsourced desk. If something is broken, I want
to know, and I'll do my best to fix it.
Typical response: within 1–3 business days, often sooner.
Reporting a bug
To help me fix things quickly, please include what you can:
Which game and the platform (e.g. iOS / iPhone, macOS, Windows, Steam).
Device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
Steps to reproduce it, if you know them.
A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps show the problem.
Common things
Lost progress? Saves are stored on your device and, where supported, your
platform's cloud (iCloud / Steam Cloud). Make sure cloud sync is enabled and you're signed in
to the same account. If progress is still missing, email me.
Purchases or restores? Purchases are handled by the App Store or Steam.
For refunds or billing, use that platform's support. For anything in-game, email me.
A feature isn't working? Try the latest version first — I ship fixes
often. If it persists, send the details above.
