Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the games, apps, and websites created and published by Omari “adarkfable” Lewis, an independent solo developer operating under the adarkfable name and the Dredwork publishing label. I am one person. I do not run an ad network, I do not sell your data, and I collect as little as I can while still making the games work.

Who is responsible

All adarkfable / Dredwork games and apps are made by one individual: Omari “adarkfable” Lewis. For the purposes of data-protection law, I am the data controller. You can reach me directly at any time — see Contact below.

What I collect

My goal is minimal collection. Depending on which game or app you use, the following may apply:

• Local save data. Your progress, settings, and in-game choices are stored on your own device (and, on some platforms, in your platform's cloud-save system). I do not receive a copy of your personal save files.
• Crash and stability data. When a game crashes, the platform it runs on (for example Apple or Steam) may generate a diagnostic report. Where available to me, this is used only to find and fix bugs. It is not used to identify you.
• AI narrative features. Some titles (such as Bloodweight) can generate written chronicles from your in-game events. When you choose to use that feature, anonymized gameplay state — not your name, account, or contact details — is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the text, then returned to you. You can play these games without ever using the AI feature.
• Contact you choose to send. If you email me or join the community, I will see whatever you send (your message, and your email or handle). I use it only to reply and provide support.

I do not collect your contacts, photos, location, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and I do not include third-party advertising SDKs in my games.

Platforms & third parties

My games are distributed and run through platforms that have their own privacy policies, which govern the data they handle (accounts, purchases, cloud saves, achievements, and crash reports):

• Apple (App Store, iCloud, Game Center) — see Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Valve / Steam (accounts, cloud saves, achievements) — see Valve's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts adarkfable.com and related sites; processes standard server logs for security and reliability.
• AI provider — processes anonymized gameplay text only when you use an opt-in AI narrative feature.

I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.

Children's privacy

My games are not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided me with personal information, contact me and I will delete it.

Your choices & rights

You can stop all data processing by not using optional online features and by uninstalling the app. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information I hold about you (in practice, this is usually just emails you've sent me). Email me and I'll handle it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the games or sites after a change means you accept the updated policy.
